This website presents Nick Roy’s design services, portfolio, articles, and contact options. Descriptions, examples, and pricing help explain the offering. They do not replace the written agreement for an individual engagement.
Service engagements
Sending an inquiry or booking an introductory call does not begin a paid subscription or create a service engagement. Scope, fees, billing, cancellation, revisions, delivery expectations, and ownership of commissioned work are established in the agreement for that engagement.
Delivery estimates depend on the requested work, the information and assets supplied, feedback, and the agreed scope. Portfolio examples illustrate design work; they do not promise a particular business outcome.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Website content and portfolio materials may include work owned by Nick Roy, clients, and other rights holders. Viewing a project does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse its artwork, branding, code, or other protected materials. Contact Nick about licensing or reuse. Client names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsible use
Do not use the website to send spam, upload malicious material, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access private administration or other information without authorization. Only submit materials you are entitled to share.
Third-party services
External websites and the Cal.com booking service are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services.
