US Data Watch
An independent public-data website bringing U.S. prices, jobs, income and national statistics into a clear, explorable dashboard.

The project
US Data Watch brings U.S. prices, jobs, income, commodities, health and immigration statistics into one website. Visitors can explore dated observations, compare changes over time, and follow the original sources behind the numbers.
The brief
Make complex public information easier to navigate without losing its context. The interface needs to accommodate different kinds of indicators, reporting periods and comparison methods while giving visitors a consistent way to explore them.
The design
A restrained dark interface pairs monospaced typography with red and blue accents, structured metric cards and interactive charts. Light and dark display modes, responsive layouts, and compact navigation adapt the experience across desktop and mobile.
The development
Website development brings together indicator dashboards, historical and presidential-term comparisons, source and methodology explanations, and shareable reports. A news CMS includes a protected editorial workspace for creating and publishing articles.
The role
Visual identity, interface design and website development, with ongoing refinement of the presentation, navigation and content systems.
Project type
An independent, self-initiated project. The live website continues to develop as its data coverage and publishing features expand.
