Delivery times & deadlines
What the estimates mean, what affects them, and how to plan a larger project.
Does 1–2 days mean my entire project is finished?
No. Most individual design tasks average 1–2 days once the request is active and the necessary inputs are ready. A full website, identity, or campaign contains multiple tasks. The estimate for one item is not a promise to finish an entire project in that time.
When does the delivery estimate start?
When the request becomes active, its scope is clear, and the required materials or access are available. Time spent in the queue, awaiting your feedback, or waiting on another provider is separate from active design time.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
They are planning averages, not guaranteed deadlines. Complexity, the quality of the brief, revisions, and dependencies affect the schedule. If a date is important, share it before we start so I can confirm what is realistic.
How are module delivery times calculated?
A module adds together the estimates of its included individual requests, completed one at a time. It gives you a starting point for planning active work. Review time, approvals, changing priorities, and outside dependencies can extend the calendar timeline.
Can you rush something?
Tell me the date, the reason, and the smallest useful deliverable. I can assess whether to reprioritize the queue or reduce the scope. Please confirm availability with me before treating a short turnaround as agreed.
