What does the $3,997 monthly partnership cover?
A direct design partnership with one active request at a time, across the agreed services. The guide shows what we can make. The amount completed depends on task size, available production time, how ready your inputs are, and how quickly decisions are made. It is not a fixed number of completed projects per month.
Can I pause, cancel, or request a refund?
Check the subscription or service agreement for the terms that apply to your engagement. Ask me to confirm any pause, cancellation, renewal, or refund questions before subscribing. The guide does not replace those terms.
How will we communicate?
We agree on the communication channel, file-sharing location, and approval contact at the start. Keep the brief, current files, and consolidated feedback together so the latest direction is easy to follow. If you need a particular meeting cadence, discuss it before we begin.
Can you guarantee sales, leads, or business results?
Design can improve clarity, trust, and the path to action, but business outcomes also depend on your offer, traffic, market, pricing, and execution. We will define the goal and make decisions that support it without promising a result that design alone cannot control.
What is the best way to start?
Bring your most important business goal, the first thing you want to improve, any existing materials, and the deadline that matters. We will choose a manageable first request and identify what is needed to move. You do not need the whole project figured out before starting the conversation.
