What you can request
Create a repeatable page system for presenting a collection of products and their details.
Typical handoff
An approved product catalog direction, refined for the agreed use and supplied in the formats we confirm in the brief. Editable source files, alternate sizes, or additional versions can be included when agreed at the start.
What to bring
Supply final copy, dimensions, vendor templates or dielines, brand files, and production requirements. Design and artwork preparation are scoped here; manufacturing, installation, printing, and regulatory approval are handled separately.
How it fits the partnership
Request this on its own or as a stage within a larger module. We confirm scope and timing, then work through one active request at a time. Related formats and variations are prioritized in the queue rather than assumed to be a single small task.
Typical specifications
Files & handoff. Production PDF plus a JPG/PNG preview. Editable source format is agreed before starting; no InDesign files.
Setup. Final trim size, safe margins, bleed, and color profile follow your printer’s template. Common small-format work uses 3 mm or 0.125 in bleed and images near 300 ppi at final size when appropriate.
Limits. Short-form pieces only. Printer requirements override defaults. No printing, mailing, finishing, long publications, or guaranteed screen-to-print color match.

Before this becomes active
Can follow at the agreed stage
- A physical proof after the printer accepts the approved artwork.
- Supplier production and installation after final sign-off; handled separately.
Personal checklist only. Ticks are not saved or sent, and do not start the delivery estimate.
Copying a template does not submit a request.
