THE DESIGN PARTNERSHIP

Feedback, timing & delivery

What keeps the queue moving and what a useful handoff looks like.

One active request

The queue holds upcoming work. One request is active at a time. A complete brand or website is normally broken into stages rather than treated as one small task. We choose the next stage based on impact, dependencies, and what you can provide.

Timing is agreed around the work

The time required depends on complexity, available content, review cycles, and implementation requirements. We discuss a realistic delivery plan for each request. An urgent deadline should be raised before the task starts; it is not automatically a next-day promise.

Useful feedback

  • Consolidate comments from stakeholders before sending them.
  • Explain the issue and connect it to the audience or business goal.
  • Identify what is approved so we can build on settled decisions.
  • Call out new requirements early; we will review the effect on the plan.

A considered handoff

Deliverables depend on the brief. Examples include editable design files, production exports, a documented identity system, presentation files, or a website handoff. Hosting, fonts, stock assets, printing, domain services, and other external costs are discussed separately. Rights and licensing follow the agreed project terms.
