What is not included
Read these boundaries before subscribing or adding a request.
Motion, video & 3D
We do not deliver standalone motion graphics, animated GIFs, video editing or production, character animation, 3D modeling, 3D rendering, or custom 3D product mockups. Simple website interface transitions can be scoped within website work.
Extensive documents & publications
We do not deliver books, magazines, full-length annual reports, extensive catalogs, large manuals, or other long-form editorial production. Short brochures, sales sheets, brief proposals, and presentation design remain available with a defined page or slide count. No Adobe InDesign documents or native INDD/IDML handoff.
Specialist forms & document systems
We do not deliver medical, legal, or compliance form systems, interactive PDF forms, complex document automation, or large Word template systems. A short static business document is a different scope and must be confirmed in the brief.
Complex packaging & physical production
Simple labels, inserts, and flat artwork on an approved supplier dieline are available. Structural packaging, dieline engineering, complex packaging systems, industrial design, fabrication, printing, installation, and shipping are not delivered.
Software products & ongoing operations
The partnership covers website design and agreed website development, not native mobile apps, AI products, or custom software platforms. Paid advertising operation, community management, ongoing publishing, and campaign execution are not included in a static design request.
Confirm before you commit
If your request is close to these boundaries, ask before subscribing or planning around it. A module is a sequence of supported deliverables, not an exception to these limits. Unsupported services are not made available simply by splitting them into smaller requests.
