A plan made of connected requests.Tailored scope. Clear stages. One active request at a time.

Included deliverables

A module is a master project plan made up of connected requests. We tailor the contents to your business and work through the agreed stages in priority order.

What the package can include

  • Booth backdrop and panel graphics to supplied templates
  • Pull-up banners and directional signage
  • Product or capability brochures and one-page sales sheets
  • Business cards, badges, and promotional merchandise artwork
  • Event landing page and QR-linked enquiry route
  • Pre-show invitations and social announcement assets
  • Post-show email and sales follow-up materials

How we build it

Start with the booth system and one central message. Approve the key visual, then adapt the largest production pieces before smaller collateral and digital assets. Finish with a clear route for visitors to enquire and a consistent follow-up kit.

What to bring

Booth dimensions, organizer rules, supplier artwork templates, print deadlines, approved product information, team details, and the destination for enquiries.

Delivery & responsibilities

Design covers supplied booth surfaces and agreed assets. Booth engineering, fabrication, venue bookings, staffing, lead-scanning subscriptions, printing, and installation are separate.

Planning the work

We confirm the deliverables, review stages, dependencies, and realistic timing before starting. Larger packages span multiple requests and may span multiple billing periods. One request is active at a time; the package is not a fixed-price bundle or a promise of completion within one month.
