CLIENT GUIDE / FAQ
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Files, handoff & project boundaries

Know what you are receiving and what needs to be agreed before production.

What files will I receive?

The handoff depends on the deliverable and its intended use. We agree on the required exports, dimensions, editable files, and platform before work begins. Individual offering pages describe typical outputs; your confirmed scope is the reference for your request.

Are editable files, fonts, and stock assets included?

Ask for any required editable or source formats in your brief. Font, stock, template, or software licenses may have separate terms or costs and may require your own license. We should confirm those requirements before choosing production assets.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership, usage rights, and any transfer of source files follow the terms of our agreement. Third-party assets keep their own license terms. If you have exclusivity, confidentiality, or portfolio-display requirements, raise them before the request begins so they can be agreed in writing.

Does a website design include development and launch?

It depends on the confirmed request. A design file, a built website, CMS setup, content entry, and launch support are distinct pieces of work. We agree on the platform and which stages are included rather than assuming every website request covers all of them.

Are printing, hosting, or paid tools part of the subscription?

Do not assume outside production or service fees are included. Printing, shipping, domains, hosting, stock licenses, and paid tools should be identified and agreed separately when relevant. I can design for their requirements, but purchases and provider commitments need a clear owner.
